- The ‘In Principle Approval’ for
setting up the Sector Specific Special Economic
Zone for “Electronic Hardware & Software
including ITES” as per the SEZ Act 2006
has been obtained from the Ministry of Commerce
& Industry, Government of India.
- Maximum ground coverage of 25% is envisaged
with a thrust to greenery and the environment.
- Standard factory buildings in the configuration
of ground plus one or two upper floors. Buildings
are designed in modules of 62,000 sqft per floor,
which could be sub-divided into two occupants
of 31,000 sqft in the ground floor. All the
spaces can be contiguous for larger requirements,
depending upon the customer requirement.
- Common infrastructure in a phased manner like
Customs office; Security guard room; Information
centre; ATM; Crèche; Medical centre;
Truck terminal with weigh bridge; Bus bays;
24/7 Security and surveillance system with CCTV
for the campus exteriors; Water storage, treatment
and distribution system; Sewage treatment system;
Fire reserve and yard hydrant system; Extensive
landscaping with water body; Rain water harvesting
system; Telecommunication ducts; 110/11 KV substation
by TNEB.
- Internal finishing and utilities need to
be provided by the lessee after obtaining the
design approval from our nominated panel of
project architects and approved service consultants.
- The facility will be a “Zero Discharge”
park. Sewage or effluent will be treated at
the common sewage treatment plant.
- Waste management solution (collection, storage,
transport and disposal for all non-hazardous
and hazardous waste, including e-waste) in the
Industrial park will comply with the Indian
environmental laws as well as the specific requirements
of the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board (TNPCB)
and/or any other environmental authority.
UTILITIES
Power
- Through Tamil Nadu Electricity Board network
with on-site substation.
- Additional DG back-up will have to be arranged
by the individual units.
Water
- Abundant ground water through dedicated water
network and adequate water storage.
- Treated water recycled for landscaping and
flushing activities.
- Rainwater harvesting methods to maximize ground
water recharging have been built in right from
the inception of the project.
Roads / Landscaping
- Roads will be adequately wide for industrial
activities
- Central median landscaping as well as sidewalk
and curbside landscaping
Communication
- Top line telecom facilities and unlimited
bandwidth through optic fiber-cable network
of reputed service providers.
Security
- 24 x 7 security for common areas
Sewage Treatment
- Common sewage treatment plant will be provided
in a place designated by the local authorities.
