Velankani Information Systems Private Limited (VISPL)
was incorporated during the year 1999. The company
is in the business of infrastructure development,
SEZs and setting up and management of Technology
Parks for the Manufacturing & Technology Industry.
VISPL belongs to the Velankani group which has over
a 20 year history servicing the Telecommunications
industry. With its corporate headquarters in Piscataway,
NJ, and the Technology Campus in Bangalore, Velankani
has the facilities and human resources needed to
complete a full range of systems integration and
software and hardware development projects for its
growing clientele.
In November 1999, VISPL acquired 23 acres of land
in phase ll of Electronics City Bangalore, from
the Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board
(KIADB). Velankani Technology Park, a world-class
infrastructure for the IT sector occupies this land
today, with more than 10,00,000 sft built-up area
to house 8,000 professionals, in a style that replicates
the US corporate office theme park. The campus has
been aesthetically designed with lush, landscaped
gardens and open areas including a 1500 capacity
amphitheatre.
Velankani Technology Parks Pvt Ltd,
a group company set up exclusively for the Special
Economic Zone projects, has acquired 162 acres of
land at Village Podavur, Sriperumbudur taluk of
Tamilnadu (about 50 km from Chennai). Velankani
is proposing to set up world class infrastructure
facilities for manufacturing industries in the electronic
hardware sector.
VISPL is also proposing to set up a value for
money Business Hotel with 5- star facilities at
its campus in Electronics city, Bangalore. The
project is being set up where the majority of
the IT companies of Bangalore have their offices.

is an Engineering and Consulting service company
focused on providing full product life cycle development
and support of enterprise and carrier grade products
for the telecommunications industry.
